PRESENTER - MR. TEEMU HUUHTANEN

Is the executive vice president, Business Development and Communications, Sulake Corporation and the president, North America, Sulake Inc. Huuhtanen has been responsible for cultivating relationships with major music, television and motion picture studios, as well as retail, fashion and sports industries, to generate relevant and interactive brand partnerships. Huuhtanen has also overseen global public relations efforts for Sulake Corporation and has lead the Sulake team responsible for the company's communications and PR. In 2008, The Hollywood Reporter ranked Huuhtanen on its Digital Power 50 List of top innovators who influence the creation and distribution of online content. In 2009, he was named one of Digital Media Wire's 25 Executives to Watch in Digital Entertainment. American Venture Magazine appointed Huuhtanen to their list of the Top 40 Under 40 executives to watch in the technology industry for 2007.

PRESENTATION #2 - Establishing a foundation for future growth in the US : What You Need To Know Before You Sell.

PRESENTER - MR. MIKE KLYSZEIKO

Over six years of experience in client acquisition, asset management, and servicing both corporate and private individual clients while working at Morgan Stanley in the United States.  He served as an Officer in the United States Navy, and has graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. While studying at Berkeley he worked for several start-ups and one publicly listed company doing various project management work.  He is an American citizen and has lived most of his life in the Silicon Valley. Currently, Mr. Klyszeiko is Director of Business Development & Partner with Kool & Co. Kool & Co. specializes in representing international businesses in the United States.  Mike and his team have worked with over a dozen international companies across various industries in establishing and managing their US operations from the Kool & Co. offices in New York city.

PRESENTATION #3 - The Law - What a successful startup needs to know about operating in the US market.

PRESENTER - MR. JARNO VANTO

For a number of years, Mr. Vanto has advised European IT- and design companies on their US-operations in areas such as contracts, incorporation, privacy, intellectual property, and employment. Additionally, Mr. Vanto has authored a number of books on contract law and privacy law, and is an adjunct professor of international business transactions at Pace University School of Law. Mr. Vanto's law firm, Vanto Law PLLC, is located in New York City. Jarno J. Vanto holds law degrees from the University of Turku and the New York University School of Law, and has been admitted to the New York Bar.
